On display in Designs for Life at the Shipley art Gallery will be a selection of innovative sustainable seating from [re]design's SIT UP exhibition. The SIT UP exhibition took seating as a platform to prove that design can be responsible and friendly to people and the environment. It aimed to entice, inform and motivate designers, manufacturers, specifiers, retailers and purchasers, everyone who sits – to make more sustainable choices
